Pam has spent a lifetime working with flowers. She is a holder of the prestigious National Diploma of the Society of Floristry, the highest qualification in British floristry. As well as this, Pam has also trained in Italy, and attended many Dutch floral workshops. Before arriving in Pollenca, she owned three florist shops in the United Kingdom, and still managed to work as a lecturer, teaching florists the trade, as well as examining on behalf of the City and Guilds Board.
